In Recreational Therapy Dave bowled on the Nintendo Wii. What a neat way to do rehab! He said the therapist beat him easily, oh well, maybe next time! He should probably challenge her to a game of softball or baseball! He did stairs and some balancing exercises in PT, which he informed me he dominated! It was so good to see that confidence again! He is using the cane less often, PTL!

Dave,

P.S. Definitely try baseball on the Wii for PT! :)
Hey, Dave. Don't feel bad if you lost to the therapist in Wii bowling...I lost to my 5 year old grandson! He just THOUGHT I let him win. At any rate, you go! So glad to hear that your spunk is there and that you can even have some fun with the rehab. Still praying...
Love,
Jackie & Brad
Ha ... had to laugh a bit when I read the part that Dave felt that he totally "dominated" the stairs and balancing. :o) Sounds like Dave! It's SO good to hear that his confidence level continues to rise. He's a fighter no doubt ... as is everyone in the family. God is mighty!
Welcome home! We praise GOD for your progress. Every perfect gift comes from Him.
Thank you Jesus for bring Dave home, we continue to pray for the whole family. Is it possiable to vist Dave? Darren
Lucky,
So happy to hear you are making great progress, and the Lord's healing hands are working your way with HIM back to 100% health.
Still planning on coming to see you when you get your strength back.
God Bless
Millsie
Although I haven't responded to your messages in quite a while, I have been faithfully keeping track of Dave's progress. He is a living, breathing, recovering answer to many, many prayers! PTL!!! Keep working hard, and "hi" to all the Carpenter kids.
